Can't sell the returned quantity form the consignment stock of the customer

I have sent material to customer consignment stock with sales document type KB and later sold it from the consignment stock. Later I have created a return rder with sales document type KR and received goods to the consignment stock. After this step when I want to sell the same material form the customersu2019 consignment stock to the same customer, the availability check does not confirm the quantity. How can I come over this problem? The availability check of the material is u201C02 - Individ.requirementsu201D at the material master.

You have not specified where the stock is now lying. Unrestricted, Blocked ?????

Check what movement type is assigned to the schedule line category of returns. If you want to post to unrestricted directly, then you can change the movement type in VOV6 for schedule line category D0
