Hi ,

Is it Solution Manager 7.0 EHP 1 having WEB GUI? intead for viewing Tickets in standard Desktop GUI ?

Hi,

Yes, you can access your tickets on browser, in solution manager 7 you have the workcenter concept. Assign the respective workcenter role to the user.All the standard work center roles starts with SAP_SMWORK*

Hello Mohamed,

In additioon to what Cherry and Jai said, you will also need to assign the proper roles to access the work centers.

These can be found in the Security Guide for your Release and level of Solution Manager.

Yaa in order to access your ticket you need to launch the trans Solman_Workcenter >> Incident Management
