create TDMSUSER(cpic) at client000

When setting up TDMS, it's said that the cipc user TDMSUSER and its role assignment should be done

on the control system's client000.

Is the same user has to be created on the sender's and receiver's client000? Or the actual clients

from which the data is from and to which the data is copied to?

Hi,

The CPIC users should be created in the actual client from which you want to send/recieve data.

Also check SAP note 897100 for more details about roles .
