Hii,
Customer complaints can be maintained in SAP QM module with Quality Notification F1.
Customer complaint Process
1. You have to assign the inspection type 06 to material master.
2. The moment 651 movement (inwarding of customer returns) occurs, it creates one inspection lot of origin 6.
3. Record the defects against this lot through QA11 / QA32
4. Quality notification will automatically be created for this.
5. You can see summarised reports in MCOV, QM15.
In QM01/QM02 maintian the following fields & related information,
1. Subject tab - Customer Observation on defects means complanits
2.Processing tab - u can mention when the problem has occured & Customer contact person
3. Item tab - define defect code information with code grp and defct location
4. Task tab - u can define Permanent action on task
5. Item tab Task - Mention the containtment immediate action to be taken.
6. Activities - Activity done & investigation information and preventive action.
