Install BOXIR2 with DB2 Iseries database

Hi,

We have a requirement to use BOXIR2 with DB2 Iseries database. I create a user and a library in Iseries. Also, gave grants to that user. After that I created ODBC connection with Client access driver. The Iseries client is installed on the server.

But when I ran the BO installation, its not able to setup the CMS as its not able to connect to database. Does anyone know the steps to install BOXIR2 with DB2 Iseries database.

Can any one help me out with this.

Hi Nikhil,

are you sure, that BOXIR2 is supported on DB2 for system i ? In the BO area most of the stuff is not supported right now. Even when you see some information, "DB2 was supported" - it will most likely be DB6 (Db2 for windows and Linux).

If it is supported, it makes sense to dig into that ...
