QC030 No certificate profile was found

Hi,

In QC20, i executed for quality certificate for a delivery, then i clicked print preview

It is displaying the following error

"QC030 No certificate profile was found"

but i already created a certificate profile.

What i am missing ?

Hi,

The LQCB was not appeared automatically in Extras --> Delivery output --> item in VL02N

The following configuration changed and it worked

Logistics Execution u2192 Shipping u2192 Basic shipping functions u2192Output control u2192 Maintain Output determination for outbound deliveries u2192 Maintain output determination procedure u2013selected the procedure LQCBu2192 control data - Requirement type removed and saved.

Dear Alegasan

Kindly check whether the master data setup is correct. Make sure that you have updated QC15 and VV21 accordingly

If your master data is correct please check this , Goto VL02N > Put the delivery number > enter> Extras > Delivery Output > Item > in the output type LQCB should appear automaticaly

If it is there that means your master data is correct or else you need to check back your settings

Check QC01/QC02 whether the Certificate profile is attached to the type of certificate created.
