BAPI Form issue : Form disabled when empty

Hello,

When we create a form filled by BAPI (which reads HR Infotypes):

- If BAPI donu2019t find any record => Form is disabled

- If form is filled with values and we cleared this form (via a button and a custom action) => Form is disabled

- But if form is filled with values (from BAPI) => Form is enabled

So we are not be able to use our forms to create new record

We are in NetWeaver 7.01 SP7

I am facing the similar issue.I am using the flex2 compiler and have checked my form is not in a non editable state.

can some 1 please advice

what about the behaviour with Flex Compiler not Flex2 ?

Hi,

its should not happen.

hope you are suing Flex2 compiler (Chcek -Tools->compiler->Flex2) if not first set the compiler to Flex2 and check the behaviour.

and also check the properties or configurations of the formview ( editable property if it is set to noneditable set it to editable).
