Hi,

I'm getting the error:

#1.5 #001E4F11C08B0023000000000000184800049218A8D881FE#1286534516788#/System/Server##com.sap.engine.services.rfcengine.handleThrowable(Throwable t)####n/a##ac262f40d2c811df9a94001e4f11c08b#Thread[JCO.ServerThread-9,5,SAPEngine_System_Thread[impl:5]_Group]##0#0#Error#1#com.sap.engine.services.rfcengine#Java###Server error on : host=CRMPRD, service=sapgw00, programid=EPPRD_PORTAL_EP1. Error: Server repository could not create function template for 'RSRD_X_GET_PORTAL_INFO_PROXY' caused by: com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: User is locked. Please notify the person responsible##

After some searching I've found on SAP NetWeaver Administrator -> Analysis -> configuration -> J2EE config Browser -> Local System ->rfcengine_global -> EPPRD_PORTAL_EP1

application.server.host CRMPRD

gateway.host CRMPRD

gateway.server sapgw00

local false

logon.client 100

logon.language EN

logon.password ********** **********

logon.user User

The problem is that this logon.user is no longer valid in the company has he left and the error disapears if I unlock the user.

How can I change this value?

I'm not hable to find where to change it.

Thanks!

Hi,

Check JCO RFC in visual admin under server JCO RFC provider and change user name and password there. To avoid all these problems, better you always use system user to do such configurations.

Thanks

Sunny
