Netweaver 2004 Enterprise Portal 6 software compability

Hi people,

i'm newto SAP, and don't really knowthe best way to search through info here.

looking for certain specific softwar to see if there are compatible with Netweaver 04 SPS 23

have check from SAP portal Product Availability Matrix(PAM) for Netweaver 04 and whether there is any issue but unable to get decent infomation on a few of the below softwares,

a) Java Runtime 6 Update 21

From the PAM, it states that JDK 1.4.2, is supported, but no infomation is stated Java Runtime 6.

b) Office 2010(Excel in particular )

No infomation on Office2010, anywhere.

c) Adobe reader

Check SAP notes, states that it support Adober Service 7.1 and higher, does this means Adobe Reader 9 is supported?

Speaking of 3rd party or SAP software?

Current Java applications (apart from CE) use 1.4.2 as runtime, no higher version supported.

What is your requirement of using Office 2010? Integration of what?

This is "Adobe document service" and is not related to the viewers that are installed on the PCs.

actually i am checking whether when i install these 3rd party software into the client PC where the software will affect the output or useability of the functions.

Client PCs uses webGUI only.

Process will be as follows client web browser ->Netweaver 04 SPS 23 enterprise portal EP 6 -> ITS 6.2 -> SAP R/3

Current Java applications (apart from CE) use 1.4.2 as runtime, no higher version supported.

Noted, in the PAM is stated JDK 1.4.2 instead of JRE 1.4.2 is there any SAP note on the states

b) Office 2010(Excel in particular )

Users will export data from webGUi, in excel format,(just need to check the data alignment is correct, and data integrity is there)

c) Adober reader 9,

Is there anything on the readers, user will need to view/download PDF files from web browser.
