Text edit UI element in table is not available

Hi ,

I am trying to use Text Edit UI element in the WD ABAP application . When I try to bind a table to a node , I am not getting "Text Edit " in the Cell editor property dropdown . Rest all properties are there in the dropdwon . Though I had used this UI in table for some other landsscape there it was working fine . Can anyone suggest if this problem is due to patches or something else .

HI,

As far as i know you cannot bind textEdit , you can have TextView . When you want to edit then the work around is to bind InputField.
