Hi,

As the issues(IDH) have exceeded receipts(RMA), user is unable to update the RG1. Now to increase RMA there are no receipts left to be updated. I increased the qty in RMA at the table level but still it is not updating. What is the solution.The J_1irgsum table is showing more issues than receipts.

How do you issue excess material without receipts ?

Check any opening stock exists ? if it is then update receipt with ROP classification,then with IDH classification.

Hi

I know you cannot issue without receipts. There are some 641 docs to be updated. Somewhere the user has done some mistake. Now when we are updating it is increasing the cum issues in J_RG1SUM table & not allowing. What is the way to rectify the error.

It requires through analysis of RG tables,Raise ticket with sap to solve it.
