This would not work.

You can use sender JDBC only in asny scenarios.

sender JDBC adapter ignores all responses, so what should be the use of JDBC sender in sync scenario?

It is for File to RFC synchrnous scenario, just replace file with JDBC, and follow the steps given in the link.
