Cancellation document is not the same as the original

Hi All,

Please help me to solve this problem :

XXX 000000 Cancellation document is not the same as the original billing doc. XX

I have this error when i want to cancel billing document from POS system in IS retail.

Before that i have saw another topic like this but without any answers how to solved that.

Please with all your kindness help me to solve this problem.

I am having this error message when cancelling a Rebate CM.
