Vertical Scroll Bar on the device display

Hello,

I had the problem with both horizontal and vertical scroll bars. Managed to get rid of the horizontal scroll bas using the parameters ~itsmobileelemfactor and ~itsmobileelemunits but the vertical scroll bar is still there. As our transactions are developed internally, I managed to sqeeze the screen elements but still the vertical scroll bars are there.

I am testing with Intermec CK3 device with Intermec Browser.

I was going thru this forum and someone has suggested to modify the CSS.

Can someone help me which html parameters are required and under which css class e.g. font size, line-height etc to reduce the overall screen size? I am not good in HTML.

Can you update the thread with the values that you have currently for ~itsmobileelemfactor and ~itsmobileelemunits?

Also can list the other parameters specified in your ITSMobile service

I know you helped me earlier and provided two OSS notes. Those nores are installed.

Again, please let me know what I am missing to get rid of the vertical scroll bar. Strictly we have followed 16X20 screen size which is SAP RF standard.

I would remove the parameter

~WEBTRANSACTIONTYPE = EWT

from ZZITS_IB_LM00 in SICF.

Did you regenerate the templates using the table-less ITSmobile Generator

ITSGENMOBILE4?

As per note: 1316326 ITSmobile: HTML element size is independent of font size

Hi Oisin,

Yes, I have generated the templates with MOBILE4 generation style. I tried to give the font-size attribute in CSS class MobileHtml and height / line-height attributes in MobileRow class but there is no effect on the overall screen size. I have logged an OSS message and let's see what SAP is coming with. I will post the result here.

We are also facing the same issue - Vertical and Horizantal bars problem on Intermec Ck3 mobile device display. Can you please share the solution for this problem.
