Puchout not Working correctly

Hi there all,

We have a small issue, we have cloned the (working Production system) into another system and client. according to Basis team all changes to systems have been made etc etc....

But we have an issue, i can click on a Vendor go to their external cat, browse and also add item to to there cart, but when i go to order the screen just times out, this is for both internal and external cats.

Can anybody please give me some pointers where to go to look at setting etc to try to resolve this issue,

FYI - Vendor URL's, username and passwords are all good as they are working in three other systems.

We are today downgrading the kernal due to another issue we are having... just for info.

The Kernel downgrade may help, there have been issues recently with kernel upgrades.

Otherwise - as Masa has mentioned, trace the issue with HTTP Watch to see where the hold up is.

Hi,

httpWatch log may help for your troubleshooting. I think it looks network issue.
