TDMS for HR Scrambling

Hi,

I am BASIS consultnat worked on TDMS Time Slice,company code,shell and bpl for R/3 and Time slice and shell for BW.

Now my client asked to scarmbled HR data.Can any one help me to get the process to scramble HR data.

I have question.

1) In copying data from Production to QA, what data will be displayed in QA for the u201Cscrambledu201D fields?

My Client req is to scramble the following filelds

00002 (infotype)

filed name:

Marital Status

SSN

Date of Birth

Gender

00006(infotype)

Address Line 1

Address Line 2

City

State

Zip Code

Telephone number

0008(infotype)

PS Group

Annual Salary

0009 (infotype)

Bank Key

Bank Account

2) How to handle scarmbling for transctiona data (eg for payroll checks)

In above they are reffering to master data ,how to handle in tarnsctional data

Hi Venkata,

During customizing for scrambling for example u2018Date of Birthu2019 you need to maintain as a fixed value for example u201920-10-1980u2019 , so the values for this field will be scrambled using this fixed value and that is what the value you will see after transfer in this field .

You can also scramble payroll cluster data using the scrambling customizing rules.
