One order in mutlipel resource

Hi,

1. I have a Planned order for 1000 Pc.

2. It takes 1 hour For each piece.

3. I have one workcentre with 10 indivdiual capacities.

4. Now i need to Run this planned order in this 10 individual capcities to complete the order.

Kindly let me know how to map this scenario in th PP/DS.

Hi,

1.Maintain formula for processing time calculation is workcenter as SAP002( formula: machine time*operation quantity/ base quantity/operation splits)

2. Maintain number of splits =10( number of individual capacitys) in routing (operation details) and 1pc requires 1hour processing time.

3.When you cif PDS or PPM time will appear as 1pc requires 0.1 hour
