Hello experts,

we implement SRM 7.0 with Netweaver Portal 7. I have created a user with the role: /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE. This role is assigned to the user in the Netweaver Portal.

Issue

If I'd like to create a shopping cart the iView will be opened with an error message: No data found.

I need help!

Please run HRALXSYNC for the user in question and provide results as this may provide insight into where the error is coming from. You can also access this information through PPOSA_BBP and double clicking on the user and then selecting the "Check" tab.

Is the user in PPOSA_BBP organization structure?

Hi Masa,

the user is assigned to the organizational structure with maintained Attributes: BUK, CNT, PRI, BSA, CUR, BWA, SYS, ACS

did you fix the error? We´re facing the same problem, but not in all out systems. Is it a portal issue?

you have to check user roles in SRM 7.0 as well.

Hi SRM User New,

the problem is not fixed. I sent an oss message to SAP. SAP has assigned this issue to the component portal. It is in work since a week now.

what do you mean with check user roles ? I need further informations.

system activities

1. traffic lights in BBP_CHECK_USERS are green

2. SRM role: /SAPSRM/EMPLOYE is assigned to the users

3. the ID of the assigned user role in Netweaver Portal is copied to SRM role /SAPSRM/EMPLOYEE - Personalization (/SAPSRM/EP_SRM_ROLES)

Hi experts,

the issue is solved. The mistake was a wrong assigned number range for shopping carts.
