Not creating PO at backend system

Hi,

When i am creating shopping cart in SRM system, it's not creating new PO at R/3 back end system. Instead of that it's reference old PO's which were existing long back in back end. I have checked this exsting PO's through BBP_PD . We are using classic scenario.

Last status is

0000000001 I1111 Item in Transfer Process X

0000000001 I1112 Error in transmission

Hi,

In that case, you can see some error info in RZ20 transaction or application monitor.

I am very much new to SRM, could you please let me know the process how to check the errors in RZ20 tcode or application monitoring

Hi,

Logon to SRM with user who has SRM administrator role. You see Application Monitor and some red icon in Shopping Cart.

Some how application monitor is not opening in my system, do we have any other ways?

You need to have administrator role to use Application Monitor. Get that access and look for the error for your document. Select the item again and Transfer it to ECC.

If you still get the error, then look into the details of RZ20 alert , to figure out why it is failing to go to ECC.
