I'm getting the following error when sending external mail.Could help in resolving the problem.

Internal error: CL_SMTP_RESPONSE ESMTP error code is not known. 530 530 authentication required - for help go to http:

Hi,

530 authentication required

The external SMTP server you are using requires authentication to be able to use it. I suggest you get hold of your mail admin and ask them to setup the server so you can use it without authentication for routing your email.
