Matchcode symbol not displayed in fied of table (Web Dynpro for ABAP)

Hello Experts!

I have the following problem:

I have created a table in a view. Some columns have a Search Help (OVS o dictionary search help, don't care).

If you press F4 in those cells, the search help appears. But the Matchcode symbol (the little rectangles on the righ side) never appears!!

With a inputfield element, everythig works OK. But I need a search help for a column of a table. I can't make the matchcode icon appears.

By the way I followed the steps in this blog and the problem persists.

Elements in table are input fields. ¿Maybe is necesary apply some SAP Note?. I have no idea...

The issue was solved. Is necessary update to patch level 20 at least.

Hi Pablo,

If u need to see F4 (Little Rectangles) ,U must use Input Filed..In the Table,please make sure that All the column Editors are Input Fields..!!!!!

Matchcode only appears when you focus the input field.

this is rather strange - I have input fields in my tables with associated value helps and the little rectangle does appear. What UI elements are you using in your table?
