Direct Material in One Client Scenario

Hello All,

We are in One Client Scenario in ECC 6.0 with SRM 7.0 as plug-in.

We are creating a shopping cart with Order as Direct Material flag checked. The shopping cart is getting created and is approved but ends up in error in process with error BBP_PD 655.

My understanding of One client scenario is that only Classic Scenario is technical scenario possible and in classic scenario, direct material shopping carts follow ECS i.e. PO for Direct Material Shopping cart has to be created in SRM even though its classic scenario. Can any of our experts confirm my understanding and provide additonal details for better understanding?
