Discrepancy between PA and Cube

Hi,

Issue we face here is that there exists a discrepency in terms of the values in bucket in Cube and planning area. For instance for a product-location, assume a quantity of 100 exists in weekly bucket 33 in the Cube, but in PA for the same product-location the quantity appears in weekly bucket 34 instead of 33.We noticed that this difference persists only in the present week bucket rest of the future buckets are in sync.

Please share your views and ideas on why this has occured and how to rectify this issue.

Hi All,

Thanks for the suggestions.

The issue has been resolved by itself after Monthly datamart load process.But still skeptical as why this occured in first place.Can any of you think of a possible reasons why this occured.

Hi,

in transaction /sapapo/tscube under "additional settings" uncheck the option "ignore initial values". Maybe this helps.

Hi Sabaarish,

Pls check the time infoobject used in the Planning area and Infocube. My doubt is in one place you are using 0calweek and in another place you are using fiscper and fiscvarnt. If that is the case, sync the time period infoobject used in both the places, that should resolve the problem.

Hi,

check how caladear weeks are defined in infocube and PA.I think the no of days in week are not same in infocube and PA.
