Hi All,

we have many plants. we have not included stock in transit in our scope of check.

Now there is a requirement where we need system to consider stock in transit for a particular pair of location ( not for all location) during availability check.. Is there anyway it can be done??

Thanks in advance!!

Dear Ford,

Ur requirement is possible and it can be in the following way. Even Availability check(ATP) is control is possible in Product Location combination level.

1. In ECC create new availablity check using the SPRO setting which includes stock in transit in the scope of check

2. Assign this new availability check in ECC material Master, for the product and plant combination in MRP view availability check field.

3. Create the equilent checking group in SCM SPRO(ECC availability check =SCM checking group)

4. Transfer the ATP check with IM(CFM1 and CFM2)

5. After this Recreate and reactivate the material master IM.

6. check in SCM Product master, ur configured value has come in Product master.

We are using this type of scenario.

Also check in Location Master ATP tab, but it is advisable to change through ECC

Hi,

The scope of check in APO (ATP Check control) depends upon ATP group and Business event.

ATP group is plant specific material master field and Business event is checking rule in ECC eg. A for sales order.

You can specify different ATP group as per plants.

Thanks
