Hi All,
I want to restrict displaying messages/notifications to all key users in S_SMC_47000016 or CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR.
e.g. business partner 139 should not be able view notifications raised by BP 131.
Does it involve any new auth object to be created or can I use old one, if yes which one and how?
Another alternative is to use User specific variants which I did but I want to hide variants in the above tcodes. How?

Your solution refers ChaRM but we're using service desk so issue is in CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR and not related to status change in change request.

Hi,
We dont have work centers nor incident management configured yet ! Even SU15 tcode is not available in Solman 4.0.
Still the object to restrict notifications based on business partner or key users is unknown. I also tried creating user specific variants and assigning to new tcodes but how do I prevent users from selecting variants in S_SMC_47000016 or CRM_DNO_SERVICE_MONITOR?
