Network Printer Set Up Problem

Hi, new here, so, please be patient.

Looking for help with setting up a printer in SAP with the correct settings, I just can't get these settings to keep.

I'm trying to get my printer settings as

Printer: XXXXXXXXXXX

report page; 65

report width; 80

format; X_65_80

but mines keeps reverting back to

report page; 58

report width; 141

Format; X_59_170

this is my scenario,

in my shipping detailed report (O30_SR13) , where Iu2019ve put in the shipping voyage number, route and EPE shipment in process I can select print and the correct settings are correct there, but when I execute to view the shipping manifest and go to print it, it reverts to the picture above (X_58_170)

i've also got the printer in default, in, (maintain user profile) system > user profile > own data, defaults tab

this does not happen with my reliefu2019s, so it must be a setting in my account someplace.

Format is attached to the Device Type not the printer, if you want to set a new format, you need to select your printer in SPAD -> Goto Device -> Goto Formats and set the required one.

to be honest, i'm new to SAP and i just got my log-in last week

is there a more detailed way to do this, as i don't know what SPAD is

I recommend you to take some training or get yourself a good SAP Basis book.

Your questions are welcomed as long as you have done your research before posting.
