Lost System RFC-Connects

Former Member

Hi folks,

due to whatever reasons essential standard rfc-connections shipped with the system are now missing in our SolMan, R/3 and BI environment. Examples: SAPOOS, SAPNET_RTCC, SAPNET_RFC, to name but a few. This means that I have to find a way to rebuild them somehow, since some of them use SAP users to establish the particular connection.

Suggestions?

Best regards,

Th. Müller

Perhaps http://service.sap.com/notes with keywords like SAPNET_RTCC ?

And by the way, what is SAPOOS?

... a typo! Sorry.

It should have been SAPOSS of course. And, yes, I did search the Marketplace. Obviously SAP aren't prepared for nutjobs who delete rfc-connections "for security reasons".

Anyway, thanks for the time.

Hi,

You can check SAP note 763561 to create these RFC's.

Thanks

Yes, I just tried a SAP notes search with keyword SAPNET_RTCC,

7 results, among them 763561.

Not that difficult imho.

SAPOSS can be recreated maintaining info in OSS1

RFC-connections are usually non of my business. I've just read the note and solved the problem within a minute or two. Thanks for your support - again.
