Extra fields in QA01

Like my business requirement is different vendors and different sampling plans is there like same material one vendor have 3000 ton lot some vendors 1000ton one inspection lot some vendors 5000 ton is one inspection lot but goods is received truck base.so this business will not come in sap standard

I developed one userexit and badi daily one inspection lot for same vendor material posting date combination, when i go above scenario there is no scope of restrict 1000 ton or 3000 tonnes 5000 tonnes

so i suggest create manual inspection respection quantity my cient want in manual inspection lot they want extra fields like purchase order , sales order etc..., any body work in QA01 additional fields kindly guide me how your activated those fields .

Hi,

This requirement can be handled in standard SAP method.

There is provision of Lot size in the inspection plan header data (lot size from X to XXXXXX). Here, value defaulted is from 1 to 99,99,999. Hence, the plan is applicable for all inspection lots.

If you have specific requirement for different inspection plans based n Vendor / Inspection lot size, then create vendor & material specific different inspection plans for different lot sizes.

For example -

Inspection plan 1 - Vendor A / Inspection lot size from 1 to 1000 Ton

Inspection plan 2 - Vendor A / Inspection lot size from 1001 to 3000 Ton

Inspection plan 3 - Vendor A / Inspection lot size from 3001 to 99,99,999 Ton

Inspection plan 1 - Vendor B / Inspection lot size from 1 to 1000 Ton

Inspection plan 2 - Vendor B / Inspection lot size from 1001 to 3000 Ton

Inspection plan 3 - Vendor B / Inspection lot size from 3001 to 99,99,999 Ton

This will suffice your requirement.

like my lot size 1000 ton today i received 10,000 tonnes same vendor is it possible to create 10 lots in automatic in sap standard if it is possible what is the settings is need.
