Hi,
Whenever I create orders in APO or R3, I have to process outbound/inbound queues in APO manually.
Can someone explain me the possible reasons why i cannot send or receive orders automatically in the SCM System??

According to queue type setting (inbound/outbound) have you done settings for outbound or inbound scheduler with Tcode -SMQR/SMQS in respective systems.
