Synchronization between SAP and Solman Service Desk

Dear SAP,

I have implemented SAP Solman Service Desk.

As read in SAP Guide, to synchronize messages between SAP Backbone (http://service.sap.com/message(

and our Solman Service Desk, there is an ABAP program called RNOTIFUPDATE01.

I have started this abap program but now, in my Solman Service Desk,

I do have 507 OSS Messages.

Question 01 :

In my Service Desk, I only want messages that are not confirmed.

In other terms, is there a way to close (set to confirmed status) all

messages which are already confirmed in

http://service.sap.com/messages ?

Question 02 :

All messages created are under my name (I am message processor).

But all of these messages have not been created by me.

Is there a way to change the original owner of the message in my

Solman Service Desk ?

Hi,

For question 1 , I think you should be able to use the archive method on the confirmed messages.

For question 2, to mass chaging over the different messages of different names over to your name, I do not think this is possible.
