Hello all,
We have a 3-tier landscape (DEV-TST-PRD) and are using ur'gent corrections. Our TST system is currently unavailable for an extended period of time. We have seen before that when our TST system is unavailable, users cannot perform the "Release Transport Requests" action successfully.
Is there a way to allow the transports to be released in ChaRM while the target system is unavailable? We have tried marking the system as Temporarily Inactive in SMSY but that does not work. As a workaround, we have modified the project status switch to allow users to release outside of ChaRM, but that is not the most desirable solution.
Thanks,
Michele
Thanks, Diego. I suspected that the release was not possible. We will allow the users to release directly in the development system for now.
