After transport: label text is empty

hi all,

i defined a webdynpro with different elements on the layout. This is the definition of a caption of an tray.

After trasporting the WD into the Q-System the value of the "text" is empty and therefor a number like this

4C855E4F308100DAE1008000AC1428B7 is displayed.

Someone an idea where the problem is ?

Hi Bernd,

4C855E4F308100DAE1008000AC1428B7 seems to be the the concept id of the OTR text created. You might call transaction SOTR_EDIT with the concept id specified and look for that text. Maybe SAP Note 997513 might be helpful in your case too.

Hi Bernd,

I've had similar issues in the past, I've found (surprisingly) that regenerating (activating) the WDA in the QAS system suddenly made the texts appear. But do make sure that the OTR text has actually been transported too - but in the case's I've worked with they were - and what was stranger it was only one or two of the texts that didn't transport.

It's worth a try if nothing else.
