If we get a Dump in the System, then What input details a functional consultant has to give to the Abaper to get the issue resolved.

An easy question is always the most difficult to answer to!!!

If you get a dump on screen, then you save in txt file the full content of the dump page and you send to the abaper.

If you get a dump but nothing on screen, you inform immediately the abaper that you got a dump in performing a specific action (explain the action or the t-code or the program used).

Anyway, I consider the best is... ask directly to the abaper what need from you.

And then start keeping fingers crossed!

Best to check directly with your abaper (as I consider has already quite a lot of experience) before to post this type of question on the forum.

the input should be: check transaction ST22 with the error name and, if possible, the steps for reconstruction.
