Adjust SC recjected -> The document is in approval

Hi Experts

We are on SRM 7.0, using Process Controlled workflow for Shopping Cart approvals.

I have uploaded BC 3EV_SC_600_601. 1 step.

The requester save a SC, and the authorization work item is send to the approval.

THe approval, recives the work item. He press "Reject".

THe requester, hasn't UWL roles. WHen he displays the sc, he can see "In Yor Inbox", the work item

with the decision "Accept or Adjust". When the requester select "Adjust", there is an information

message:

"The document is in approval.

Any document changes may lead to an adaptation of workflow process."

How can I avoid this information message?

When I display the SC, under the tab "Authorization process", i can see that the column "Responsible" is empty...

Any idea??

Hi Maria,

What you have mentioned is very standard. The accept/change decision can happend only through UWL. In case you want to accept the decision through SC POWL query which is nothing but check status , you will have to recall workflow and the order it again.

so ideally requestor should also have UWL authorization or setting for him to accept / review documnets which comes to him wither through reject or inquire fuctionlaity.
