Mention PO number in e-mail Subject when a PO is automatically sent to the

Dear Friends,

We have a scenario where a mail is automatically sent to the supplier when a PO is sent to supplier. But now the Text in e-mail is only 'PO FROM'. This should include the PO number of the sent PO. Could you help me how is it done.

Hi Amit,

I understand the emailing option has been set in NACE. by configuring the output type as External send. In this we have an option to pass on the PO number in the email subject line. For this you need to click on "MAIL TITLE AND TEXTS" for the corresponding output type and key in PO No. &EKKO-EBELN & in Title tab. With this the po number wud be sent in the email subject line.

Populate the filed ITCPO-TITLE as below and pass it to smartform.

Concatenate 'PO' EKKO-EBELN into ITCPO-TITLE.
