-24920,ERR_BACKUPOP -104, DBM command impossible at this time

Hi Experts,

I am tring to backup using the following commands.

dbmcli -d DMP -u superdba,XXXXXXXX

util_connect

backup_start BACKDMP DATA

When I execute the above commands it is throughing below error message.

-24920,ERR_BACKUPOP: backup operation was unsuccessful

The database was unable to fulfill a request (-104, DBM command impossible at this time)

Environment details are as follows:

Server : Windows server 2003 x64

Application : Content Server (DMS)

Database: XXXXXXXX:DMP

Version: 7.6.03.09

Rundirectory: F:\sapdb\data\wrk\DMP

Backup Type: Complete Data

Backup Device: BACKDMP

Device Type: PIPE

Device/File:
.\pipe\DMP

Third party Backup tool : Veritas Netbackup
