Sourcing Cockpit email issues

We had to customize the BBP_SOCO_APP_ITEM_COMPL_MAIL completion text and we did the changes as well. However we're facing issues in email notification which has been send to requistioner when the shopping cart is rejected.

Instead of requistioner email ID maintained in SU01, it triggers a email to dummy ID . We have analyzed SU01 and BP for requistioner email ID and it looks correct, however it goes to dummy email ID.

Appreciate you help/suugestion this issue.

Hi Muthu,

System triggers email to email@dummy instead requester email id maintained in SU01.

So all mails are failing in SOST ..

SINCE HOW LONG.

You need to remove the changes recently you made and try. there is an issue with your development logic.

any development done recently.

what is the email id in SOST notification

As per standard REQUESTER get this email.

report to SAP.
