Authorize QA33

HI ALL,

I have user "XXX". that user only have permission on plant 1000 & 2000.

and now that user need access to plant 3000 for transaction in QM modul only. is it possible to do that ? whereas, but actually in UD transaction there is steps to transfer stock from stock type in quality insp. stock to Unrestr. use stock.

Please help me...

in QA11 you will have to use Q_STCK_CHG and Werks Combination to control the same

If you need to give the user the option of stock posting then you have to give authorisation for QA11 and for werks as well. But as you need only plant authorisation for QM only please check whether it will have any effects on other module tcodes

In addition to Gajesh: you can best help yourself, if you run a trace (ST01) - with authority check flagged - while having the user running through all the transacitons s/he should be able to run in QA33. If there is goods movement involved, you will not be able to avoid granting WERKS = 3000, but maybe you can limit it to movement types.

The trace will show you which objects have been checked with which values.

You want the user to have only display QA33 or you need give him all authorisation in QM module

if only QA33 display give him Tcode auth and plant authorisation, By giving that he cannnot do any postings or changes to inspection lot

User XXX not only display but also able to make transaction in QA33. in a fact that user could move stock between stock type.
