Hi,
I would like to use depends on various criteria different form heads. How can I do that?
Regards
Chrisp
Hi christopher Pollok,
U can use multiple headers in adobe forms based on your requirement using scripting (form calc or java script ).
example :
if u have 3 header to be displayed in the same place or any condition.
keep all the header in one subform( example = SUBFIORM1).
for pernr = 1 value u need to displey " i am a hero"
for pernr = 2 value u need to display "i am not a hero"
for pernr = 3 value u need to display " i am a vilian"
place all the headers in same subform.
write the below form calc scripting in the subform.
take proper heirarchy..
form.page.subform.(then ur field to be validated)
if raw.value.pernr == 1 then
$.subform1.pernr2.presence = "hidden"
$.subform1.pernr3.presence = "hidden"
elseif raw.value.pernr == 2 then
$.subform1.pernr1.presence = "hidden"
$.subform1.pernr3.presence = "hidden"
else &.raw.value.pernr == 3 then
$.subform1.pernr1.presence = "hidden"
$.subform1.pernr2.presence = "hidden"
endif
as i dont have LCD i cant give the exact code take this as reference..
Thanks,
Madhukar.

In continuation to the solution provided by S Jain, create multiple form heads within a subform and overlap on each other and set the default visibility to none. Now in the initialise event of that subform, write the javascript or formcalc code to dynamically change the visibility, as shown in th sample code below:
if ( TextField1.rawValue == "YES" ){
TextField2.presence = "visible";
}

Hi,
you can do scripting in the form itself.
overlap all the headers and make them hidden, depending on the criteria you can make them visible. whichever you want.
