Hi
Under Custom Attribute Mapping and Navigation, when I select User, I see only one User.
I have created 5 Users. I am using MII 12.1. I could not even see my own user name.
any idea?

[SAP Note 1487658 (MII 12.1 Patch 5)|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1487658] mentions a custom attribute mapping error fixed.

Yes, as Mike said, there is an error with Custom Attribute Mapping in MII 12.1 versions.
Patch 5 fixes this error.

I am having patch 5
I have 12.1.5 Build (83). It works perfectly fine for me.
Can you please check user settings for these users?
I have 12.1.5 Build (93).
All users are 100% fine with the configuration. I have even login to MII with 3 configured users in MII. No Problem.
Any special characters in the names?
What does this URL provide you with (it should essentially be the same users in the drop down list):
/XMII/Illuminator?Service=SystemInfo&Mode=UserList&Content-Type=text/xml
Do they belong to any of the MII related Roles like: SAP_XMII_User ?
