How to define auto mail if documents are attached in the CR

Hi,

In a CRMD_ORDER while creating or even after creation of a CR if a document is added to it, I want to shoot a mail that the CR has an attachment.

Can we define the check ?

Is there any method call we can define in the action profile which could for a attachment in the CR ?

Solved it,

Suggestion was correct need to improvise on code, luckily client did not like the idea that much, for now.

Hi,

i do not think there is a possibillity to do this without quite a bit of development.

An idea could be to use BADI CONTAINER_PPF to define our own parameters and use them in the action condition.

In the BADI you could for example check how many attachments exist for the message und use this to trigger a mail.

To check if an additional attachment has been added you would have to save the old values beforehand, for example in a (not visible) customer field.
