Hi all
My users need a report for permit to marketing dep. to see their expenses directly. All is ok, (the cost center is only one) the problem is that they don't want they see the cost elements where are posted the labour costs (salary, at example). The problem is that our cost element number ranges don't follow the "account nature" logic but is casual, so I will be forced to place in the authority object each valid cost element, modifying each time a new account is open. It doens't exist a alternative method? (for cost element group or for exclusion of cost elements). Thank.

Are you talking about BW reports? If not can you please let us know the transaction code related to this?

No the standard reports in application SAP R/3 (ECC6.0): report painters or report like the KSB1.

Hi,
there is an enhancement COOMEP01 which can be used to add additional authorization checks. You can create a custom object and only users with authorization to this object will be able to see lines with labour cost.
