Settings to select text modules of the message to be sent to SAP?

Hello,

How to select which text modules(("Reply","Internal Memo",...etc) of the Support Message in the Service Desk are to be 'Sent to SAP'? Where to make this settings?

Hi,

Transaction DNO_CUST01 should be used to configurate which text type will be sent to SAP and retrieved from SAP.

Thanks..But I see only 3 Notification Type in DNO_CUST01 : SLF1, ABSC and TASK

I'm not sure but configuration for SLF1 may affect to Support Notification SLFN.
