Hello All,
I have done the Determination of Support Team whenever a Ticket is created.
So during the creation of the Ticket, according to the Component, Support Team is picked up.
Now, I want Default Processor to be assigned as soon as the ticket is created. Of course the Default Processor would be one of the members from that particular Support Team.
Please help me in achieving this.

Hi,
You have to define groups and have to define range for those groups. Not able to recollect how, but will check and update.
