Dear SAP Guru's

I am fresher in SAP.

i guess my prob.is very small..plz give solution.

In sales Register, for few FInished materials Commercial Invoice No.is not appearing..

how to solve it..????

Sales register is not a part of the standard SAP package.

You are possibly using a custom developed report. Hence we will not be in a position to help.

In case it is a standard report, do let us know.

Hi

Sales Register is a zee development.

Please check the sales orders for which commercial invoice is not apperaing.

The reasons may be commercial invoice might have not been created.

Or in the program the billing type might be missing.

Please discuss with your abapper they may help you through debugging

In Standard SAP provided Sales register report, Commercial Invoice number will not get displayed.

It has to be developed as per the Excise dept regulations.

When developing the report, you can fetch the Commercial Invoice number from Excise Invoice header table:J_1IEXCHDR
