Item deleted in Emerge but still available in Bugseye

Hi Gurus,

Please help me in understanding the reason of the below issue i came across:

We are using Requisite Catalogue. An item was deleted in Emerge but it was available in Bugseye and requisitioners could use it while creating shopping cart.For uploading the items in Bugseye , we have an approval workflow in Emerge and once the item is completelyapproved in Emege then only it becomes available in Bugseye after job run.But for deletion, we do not have any workflow configured.

Can you please throw some light on the probable reasons for the above issue in case of delition of item?

Hi,

Have you regenerated the indexes using the intermedia indexlexer? I have attached the sql script for your use, I believe it only applies to Oracle 8i and 9i though so if you have 10 I do not know of it will help.
