delete an Approval Entry

Hi

In SRM (Browser) there is within -> Start Enterprise Buyer Inbox/ 1 Approval Entry which I would rather like

reject. But on pressing the reject button I can not reject it. How can I remove it for ever.

Hi,

Please tell whats is the approval document is it SC, GOA or any other SRM document ?

You can either Complete(Wih WF container value of rejection) or logically delete the workitem from UWL , this you can do if there is only one approver is there but if you have multiple approvers after you then you manually forward the next approver from SWIA transaction.

hi

tell the user to login to SRM via gui and delete the work item from his workflow inbox in SRM GUI. After that it will disappear from UWL

Why you cannot reject the workitem ?

You should have an error during approval process. Go inside the document by clicking onto the hyperlink and then reject it: error message sould appear.
