Hi,
when the user is doing confirmation, the confirmation no. is not displayed, and in the ALERT MONITOR Tab under Confirmation We get the Idoc Error. following is the error.
Error when posting IDoc 0000000000380742 in system PR3CLNT700 kindly suggest.

Hi,
As mentioned by Muthu find out the error from IDOC by either BD87 or WE02 to find actual error message because this is data validation error from backend so also check the data record in IDOC to check what IDOC is carrying.
Additionally , if you can not process then you need to delete the entry from BBP_DOCUMENT_TAB and ask user to reconfirm the goods after correcting the data in confirmation line item.
But first step is to find out what is the problem in the document by finding error message in the idoc process.

Go to Tcode, WE02... enter ur idoc no.. end Execute...
Under Status Record... Navigate to your error... find the error and please post the error details.

drill down the record
you will get detail error message
what is the error message?
IF IT is any GL account error - ask FICO consultant.
after correcting the this error , you can reprocess the error and it will be posted successfully in ECC .
Your duty is to identify what is the detail erorr
