Smartform Printing Problem In Dotmatrix Printer

Hi Sap Expert's

Here We Are Facing Problem With Dot Matrix Printer's

We Are Taking Proforma Invoice Printout in ( EPSON COMPATIBLE 24 PIN ) Dot Matrix Printer Print Is Coming Properly In

First Page But From Second Page On Words Print Is Going 1- Inch Up And Third Page 2-inch up Like that Print is Coming Wrong

Can Any One Please Help Me Out From This Problem.

Hi,

Does your page size (in the SMARTForm definition) match the size of the paper in the printer?

Does your SMARTForm contain more than one page and, if so, is the window on the second page positioned as you are expecting?

Hi,

Check the compatibility of your printer with ECC version. Some dot matrix printers give skewed output on ECC 4.7.

You can check the printer configuration settings in SPAD. If it is an older version of SAP better to use SAP Scripts if you are printing on dot matrix. If it is ECC 6 then check the printer compatibility
