Hello Experts,
We do have a macro in Macro Workbench which copies data from one KF to another. Now we want that macro to be displayed in planning book so that users can use it.
Could you please let me know to map the macro to planning book ?

Rahul Chitte
Hi Rahul,
Double Click on the macro name in Macro Workbench. Untick "No Direct Execution". Assign a an appropriate Push button and Select Continue. Save.
Now when you goto the planning book. The macro should be available to execute in planning book by pressing the push button.
Thanks

Hello Eshan
Thank you very much for the prompt reply.
As you said "Untick "No Direct Execution"", would that hamper to run the macro in background ??
We want the macro should run in background job as well as in planning book by users ?
Would this satisfy both the conditions which you mentioned in above post ?
Please write back

Hi
"Untick "No Direct Execution will not have any issue for background job.
The flag only decide if you also want to execute this macro directly in the planning book.
Thanks
Amol
